  • How to add a New Lead ?

    Go to 'Create New" on top right hand side, then click "Add Lead" the contact person, subject, description and assigned to, due date is compulsory. Rest fields of "Add Lead" are optional.

  • How to add a New Task?

    Go to 'Create New" on top right hand side, then click "Add Task" the contact person, subject, description and assigned to, due date is compulsory. Rest fields of "Add Task" are optional.

  • How to add a New Comment?

    You can add this in a two ways. First you Go to 'Create New" on top right hand side, then click "add Comment" search tasks, enter comment & mention someone. Second You Go to respective 'Lead/Task' then you can write a comment as well.

  • How to add hearings ?

    You can add this in a two ways. First you Go to 'Create New" on top right hand side, then click "add Hearing" search tasks, description and assigned to, due date and expense is compulsory. Second You Go to respective 'Lead/Task' then you can "Add Hearing" as well.

  • How to add reminder for phone discussion?

    You can add this in a two ways. First you Go to 'Create New" on top right hand side, then click "add Call" search tasks, description and assigned to, due date and expense is compulsory. Second You Go to respective 'Lead/Task' then you can "Add Call/Discussion" as well.

  • How to add reminder for email ?

    You can add this in a two ways. First you Go to 'Create New" on top right hand side, then click "Add Mail" search tasks, select content, Create to the Client, see how to look the body of mail content. Second You Go to respective 'Lead/Task' then you can add a "Add Mail" as well.

  • How to add a New File/Document?

    Go to 'Create New" on top right hand side, then click "Add Member/Employee" name, email, designation. Rest fields of "Add Member/Employee" are optional.

  • How to Add Client?

    Go to 'Create New" on top right hand side, then click "Add Lead/Task" client name, location. Rest fields of "Add Client" are optional.

  • How to Import Employee/Clients?

    Go to 'Create New" on top right hand side, then click "Import" & import new member/clients.

  • How to add bulk task/leads?

    You can import if you having bulk task/lead. Go to "Create New" then click 'Import' & import task/lead as well.

  • How to add bulk clients?

    You can import if you having bulk Clients. Go to "Create New" then click 'Import' & add Clients as well.

  • How to Add Follow up?

    You can add this in a two ways. First you Go to 'Create New" on top right hand side, then click "Add Follow Up" search lead/task, description. Second you can go to add lead/task, "Add Follow up" as well.

  • How to Add a new Internal Task?

    Go to 'Create New" on top right hand side, then click "Add Task" select internal task, subject, description and assigned to, due date is compulsory. Rest fields of "Add task" are optional.

  • How to Add Expense?

    You can add this in a two ways. First you Go to 'Create New" on top right hand side, then click "Add Expense" search tasks, description and assigned to, due date and expense is compulsory.. Second You Go to respective 'Lead/Task' then you can add "New Expense" as well.

  • How to Add reminder for Visits?

    You can add this in a two ways. First you Go to 'Create New" on top right hand side, then click "add New Visits" search tasks, description and assigned to, due date and expense is compulsory.. Second You Go to respective 'Lead/Task' then you can add "New Visits" as well.

  • How to Add Contact Person?

    You can add this in a two ways. First you Go to "Create New" on top right hand side, then click "Add Contact Person" contact name, email, phone. Second you can go to add lead/task, add contact person as well.

  • How to Add Proposal ?

    You can add this in a two ways. First you Go to 'Create New" on top right hand side, then click "Add Mail" search tasks, client, contact person, proposal date, client name, concerned person, address, subject, add description, fees. Second You Go to respective 'Lead/Task' then you can add a "Add Mail" as well.

  • How to add Proposal Template?

    Go to 'Create New" on top right hand side, then click "Add Proposal Template" template name, title, description.

  • How to add more Organisations?

    Add more organisation by Super Admin. It depends on your plan.

  • How do categorised my tasks?

    Go to 'Dashboard', on left side drop down, then click 'Task' click on 'Filter' option & categorised you need as well.

  • How to mail from task/lead?

    Go to 'Dashboard' on left side drop down, then Go to respective 'Lead/Task' search tasks, select content, Create to the Client, see how to look the body of mail content.

  • How to record internal work?

    Go to 'Create New" on top right hand side, then click "Add Task" we have a sliding option, then you click "Internal Task", subject, description and assigned to, due date is compulsory. Rest fields of "Add task" are optional.

  • How to Complete the task?

    Go to respective task, then click complete task & comment also.

  • How to assign a new member to lead/task?

    Go to "Lead/Task", then click assigned to assign new member.
